It's no secret that social media can be a major distraction, especially when you're trying to focus on work or rest.
Fortunately, Instagram has recently introduced Quiet Mode, a feature that allows users to temporarily suspend notifications for a specific period of time.
Meta, the company owned by Instagram, explains that Quiet Mode will help users maintain a healthy boundary between themselves and their friends or followers.

How to use Quiet mode:

All you have to do is go to Account Settings, Notifications, then Quiet Mode and select the time. When the time has elapsed, Instagram will provide a summary of notifications that occurred during that period.
Meta encourages teenage users to use Quiet Mode to limit the amount of time they spend on Instagram late at night.
However, this feature can be beneficial for anyone who wants to take a break from the constant notifications and focus on their work or rest.
